Luffy meets Kinemon's son Momonosuke.
Even though oriental dragons have no wings, they can still fly.
Summary:
In the garbage, room, Luffy meets Momonouske who is in the form of a small dragon. Momonosuke explain that he was kidnapped along with the other kids, but he didn't fall for Ceasar's tricks and eat any of the candy. Instead, Momonosuke sneaked off into the Secret room where he ate a Devil Fruit that he saw because he was hungry. At the room, Momonosuke also met the other girl who talks to Momonosuke. The girl hears the doors opening and runs for cover. Two sheep men walk in just as Momonosuke transforms into a dragon, and Momonosuke is able to run by them and somehow fell into the garbage room. Momonosuke overheard a conversation with Ceasar that basically stated that the kids were going to die in a few years by the giantification process and were expendable. Luffy is pissed and plans to climb out of the room. Momonosuke falls delirious because of a hunger and suddenly sees an image of Doflammingo screaming at him, and this prompts Momonosuke to start flying as Luffy grabs onto his body.
Meanwhile, Smoker is still fighting Vergo; Usopp, Brook and Kinemon are looking for seastone cuffs and Momonosuke; and Sanji and Tashigi are leading the Marines away from the Shinokuni gas. In the biscuit room, Monet has covered the room in a blizzard. Robin tries to slow down the kids chasing Mocha but she is stabbed in the back by Monet. Zoro tells his crewmates to stop the kids and leave Monet to him.

Incremental developments again. The little dragon is indeed Kinemon's son Momonosuke, and he seems to be an alert little kid who saw through Ceasar's lies. The turning into a dragon thing was the product of Devil Fruit, and one possibility is that Vegapunk used the Devil Fruit in the Secret Room to create the other dragons seen on the island. It was curious why Momonosuke suddenly saw a nightmarish image of Doflammingo. It would be troubling if Doflammingo can somehow influence Momonosuke from that far away, but it might be something else causing Momonosuke to see that. Not much progress on the other fronts, but it looks like Zoro will be the one to take on Monet. Zoro claimed that Monet had a Logia power, but she hasn't try turning herself into snow yet which is curious. Are we sure Monet has a Logia-type power?
