Bleach 531 "Everything But the Rain OP.4" Summary:

Isshin confronts the strange humanoid hollow and soon finds himself in a tough battle as the hollow fights like a shinigami. Aizen and his cohorts are watching the battle from their lab and Aizen wants to get a closer look.

Meanwhile, Masaki and Ryuu sense the battle, and Masaki decide to go out to help even though it doesn't follow the Quincy protocol. After Masaki leaves, Ryuu also prepares to head to battle.
Back outside, Isshin and the hollow cross into the jurisdiction of the 13th division and the patrolling shinigami shows up only to get blasted by a cero from the hollow. Isshin starts to use his zanpukto's abilities, but he is cut down from behind by Aizen.

Not too surprisingly, the strange hollow is one of Aizen's little experiments, and Aizen and cohorts are getting themselves involved. I wonder what Aizen has in mind by interfering in the battle and injuring Isshin. Masaki and Ryuu will also be joining the battle, which makes sense given how Ryuu and Isshin knew each other. The characters are all coming together for the significant event that will explain why Ichigo is so "special". This flashback is getting pretty interesting, and let's hope Kubo doesn't mess it up.
